Sorion has always prided itself on the development and training it provides to its employees. Recently we have embarked on the Investors in People program to assist us in meeting our new objectives and to ultimately enhance our overall performance.
Sorion may only be a relatively small company, but we are committed to achieving the standard and investing in our staff, after all, the greatest asset in any company is its people.
Everyone in Sorion is encouraged to participate in additional training and development, whether it is at college, university, technology specific courses or in the workplace.
We are formalising all of our training procedures and each employee is encouraged to help to generate a development plan aimed at developing their knowledge, skills and attitudes.
It's early days, we committed ourselves in December 2003 and hope to have our final assessment before the end of 2004.
