Sorion has always prided itself on the development and training it provides to its employees. At the end of 2003 we embarked on the Investors in People program to assist us in meeting our new objectives and to ultimately enhance our overall performance.
On the 17th November 2004 Sorion was recognised as an Investor in People. This award is official recognition of not only the training and development work carried out at Sorion, but the management style and team ethos.
Sorion will continue to develop using the Investors in People standard as a framework for improvement.
Sorion may only be a relatively small company, but we are committed to investing in our staff, after all, the greatest asset in any company is its people.
Everyone in Sorion is encouraged to participate in additional training and development, whether it is at college, university, technology specific courses or in the workplace.
