To process your order, we need the
following information:
Buyers name
Invoice address; and delivery address
if it is different.
Your Purchase Order number (if
applicable)
Telephone and fax number
The part number, description and
quantity of the product you require.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK but within the EC we will need to
know your VAT/tax identity number to exempt you from paying UK value added
tax.

Payments are accept by the following means:

Cheque/bank draft with order.
Visa or MasterCard Credit Card - for this method we need
the following:
Credit card number and expiry date
Cardholders name and the address in
which the card is registered
Card security code
Credit card orders are subject to a
2% handling charge if not via the online shop

Delivery
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail (typically 3 - 5 days), special delivery via courier is available on request. Carriage to outside of the UK will be charged at cost.
The goods ordered will be shipped on receipt of authorisation or cleared funds.
