The Police were looking for someone around the racecourse and we spent a delightful hour (not) with this bl*&^y thing over head

Botterham Lock

Botterham lock is a staircase lock and the lower chamber is partialy covered by the bridge, this makes it a very damp and dark place for the steerer when locking down

Kingfisher spotting

We often see Kingfishers on our travels, but have never managed to get a photo. This may not be the best photo but at least I got one. This time just above Bevere lock.

Sunken Treasure

You often see boats sunk on the banks of rivers, but I was suprised to see a narrowboat just below the surface north of Worceseter

Droitwich Canal

Work on the Droitwich canal is moving on a pace. The entry lock was hardly visible when we last passed at Easter
